Issue
The installation program displays the message “K0027”
The error may occur:
•During installation
•While using Eo Setup or Era Setup utility
Cause
The password file does not contain the expected list of design components (fonts, monograms, etc) to install.
How to Proceed
Get a fresh copy of the password file by downloading it from the Area for Users and try again.
