Issue

The installation or Setup program displays the message “K0026”

The error may occur:

During installation

While installing additional components.

Cause

There was a problem enabling a design component for your system (font, monogram, etc)

How to Proceed

- Check that your product is up to date (Help ribbon > Update and Upgrade group > Version Updated). If not, update it and try again.

- Get a fresh password file copy by downloading it from the Area for Users. Make sure to be logged to the computer as Administrator and try again.
