Issue
The installation program displays the message “J0020”
The error may occur:
•During installation from a CD/DVD
•During installation from Download (Full Version)
•During installation through LiveUpdate
Cause
This error may appear due to several reasons:
1.If the Password File is corrupt...
2.If you use an incorrect Password file...
3.If the computer does not recognize the dongle...
4.If you use old installation files...
How to proceed
Please proceed according to reason mentioned above:
1.Redownload the password file.
2.If you own more than one dongle, make sure you are using the correct dongle and also selecting the correct password file for that dongle number.
3.Try plugging the dongle in a different USB port.
4.Download the latest software version available.
