Issue
The installation program displays the message “J0001”
The error may occur:
•During installation from a CD/DVD
•During installation from Download (Full Version)
•During installation through Live-Update
Cause
This error may appear due to several reasons:
•Trying to install a new software version using an old password file.
•Using a SUS file (password for subscriptions) while trying to install a “full-software product”.
•Using a SPP file (password for full-software products) while trying to install a "software subscription".
How to Proceed
Download the correct password corresponding to your software version from the Area for Users and try again.
