Issue
The installation program displays the message “J0026” or "Z0026"
The error may occur:
•During installation from a CD/DVD
•During installation from Download (Full Version)
•During installation through LiveUpdate
Cause
This error may appear during a component installation.
How to proceed
Re-download the components (just in case the file is corrupt) and try again.
If the error stays, plug the protection device on a different USB port.
If the error stays, uninstall and reinstall the software.
