Issue
The installation program displays the message “K0028”
The error may occur:
•During installation
•While using Eo Setup or Era Setup utility
Cause
The version of the product installer differs from the version of the password file.
How to Proceed
Check you are using the latest installation files and password. You can get the proper ones from the Area for Users
