Issue
The installation program displays the message “K0099”
The error may occur:
•During installation
Cause
This is a generic, not specified error.
How to Proceed
Check the following subjects and start the installation again:
Access your computer with an account with administrator privileges (do not log into Windows using a limited user account)
Disable any antivirus program except Windows Defender
If the problem persists:
•Run the Windows System Information tool (just press Start and type "System Information". Windows will search your computer for the System Information app) and save a System Information File (.NFO) to your disk.
•Then, contact us at support@sierra-software.com including the NFO file as attachment.
