Problems during the Installation > Download Code Required

Issue

While running the Stitch Era Universal Installation Wizard, a window shows up asking for a ”Download Code”.

This code will be required:

•When installing the software from the Stitch Era installation CD-DVD and, and choosing the Live mode (subscription) installation type.

•When you have downloaded software installation program from the software dealer's site

Cause

The installation program requires a Download Code, which is a 7 digit number assigned exclusively to each software dealer.

How to proceed

If you have the Stitch Era installation CD-DVD, use the download code given by your software dealer.

If you have downloaded the installation files and have executed the file Era17DownloaderXXXXXXX.exe, the Download Code is the XXXXXXX part of the file name. It should appear automatically in your installation window.

If you have renamed the file, you will need to download it again and keep the file name as it is.
