Issue
The product displays the message “K1011”
The error may occur:
•When starting the product
•While using the product
•While validating the license
Cause
This is a License protection error that may happen when you use the same license in a real and in a virtual machine.
How to Proceed
In the machine that displayed the error, uninstall the product using the Windows Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs entry and install it again.
