Issue
The product or the Setup tool (Eo Setup or Era Setup) displays the message “K0039”
The error may occur:
•When installing new components
•When installing updates
•When running Eo Setup or Era Setup tools
Cause
You are trying to perform a setup operation while the off-line license activation or validation is still pending.
How to Proceed
Using the Area for Users, complete the off line activation. Click on the link "Activate off line" and follow the instructions. You will need to the .arcv file you received by email.
Once the activation is completed, you will be able perform updates, install new components, etc.
