Issue

The product displays the message “K0034”

The error may occur:

When starting the product

When installing new design components (fonts, monograms, etc)

When installing updates

Cause

The installation password file, which is stored within the product folders and is used to validate the license, is invalid or could not be found. It may be damaged or it may have been moved or deleted.

How to Proceed

Check that the antivirus program has not quarantined any product files. Set it up so that it does not interfere with the product installation folders, then reinstall the product.

If the problem persists, contact support staff using the Support Contact Wizard. This tool will collect and send us some important details of your installation that will help us to identify the issue faster.
