Issue
The product displays the message “K9000”
The error may occur:
•When starting the product
Cause
There is a known Windows 11 issue related with the Display Custom scaling factors.
How to Proceed
Disable the Custom Scale factor. If you need to scale your display, use any of the standard factors available at the System > Display tab
