Issue
The product displays the message “D0018”
The error may occur:
•When starting the product
•While using the product
Cause
You are trying to use the product under Terminal Services or other remote desktop connection. Version 20 and older products cannot work in these environments.
How to Proceed
Please use the product on the local machine. It is not possible to use it over a network connection.
