Issue
The installation program displays the message “D0020”
The error may occur:
•During installation
•While using Eo Setup or Era Setup utility
Cause
The password file couldn't be decoded. This may happen due a corrupted password file or invalid data read from the protection device.
How to Proceed
Download the password file from the Area for Users and try again
Plug in the protection device into a different USB port and try again
