Issue

The installation program displays the message “D0009”

The error may occur:

During installation

While using Eo Setup or Era Setup utility

Cause

The B-Code in the password file does not match with the B-Code in the protection device.

How to Proceed

Check that you are using the correct password file. Download it from the Area for Users if necessary.
