Issue
The installation program displays the message “D0008”
The error may occur:
•During installation
•While using Eo Setup or Era Setup utility
Cause
The password file you are using does not match with the product you are installing. For example, you are using a password for an Embroidery Office product with the Stitch Era installer
How to Proceed
Check the password file / product installer combination. Download the appropriate ones for your serial number from the Area for Users. Then start the installation (or run Setup utility) again.
