Issue

The activation wizard displays the message “D0006”

The error may occur:

During Activation

Cause

The serial number you are trying to activate has been disabled. Possible causes:

The protection device has been marked as replaced because it was reported as damaged, lost or stolen.

The license was switched to KeyLess mode.

The protection device was read with errors or its memory could be corrupted.

The activation server is not properly updated for this serial number.

How to Proceed

Check your mailbox for messages regarding a Device Replacement or Switch to KeyLess for this serial number

Plug in the device into a different USB port and try again
