Issue
The activation wizard displays the message “D0005”
The error may occur:
•During Activation
Cause
There is a problem with the serial number. Possible causes:
The protection device was read with errors or its memory could be corrupted.
The activation server is not properly updated for this serial number.
How to Proceed
Unplug the protection device, plug it into a different USB port and try again.
