Embroidery Office, Stitch Era and Hotfix Era

Software update for our whole product line, Embroidery Office, Stitch Era and Hotfix Era can be purchased from the Users Area of Sierra-Software website

Version 17.x users

Login into the Users Area, look for their serial number into the Perpetual Licenses list, click on the + sign and use the link Version Update located at the right.

Version 8.x, 9.x, 11.x or 15.x users

Use the link Version 15 and older located at the bottom of the sign in box in the Users Area of Sierra-Software website

Other product lines

If you have a software version older than the mentioned ones, please send us a message with your request to the Sales Contact form. Do not forget to include your product line, version number, serial number, and registered user.
