About Old Software Versions
If you own an old version of any of our software products and your software is used for business, we suggest you to update to the last available major software version. When a new major version is released , the users of previous versions receive a special promotion (better price).
Not only the last version offers more features; but it also offers product enhancements and more compatibility with the modern operating systems and computers. It makes the work easier and more productive. The live-update service (to receive all the maintenance releases) is only available for the latest software version.

Technical Support for Old Software Versions
For technical and economic reasons, it is not possible to offer technical support to older versions of software. Some of these old versions can only run on older and discontinued operating systems, which should be avoided for security reasons.
In the other hand, the cost of an update is certainly much lower than the estimated cost to provide technical support to outdated products.
Except for particular situations, the technical support service is usually provided only for users of the latest version available and the previous version (in limited form). Previous versions may lack any type of support, or this could be extremely limited.
