You can open vector images of different file formats.
•WMF - Windows MetaFiles
•EMF - Enhanced MetaFiles
•CDR - Corel Draw
•CMX - Corel Presentation Exchange
•AI - Adobe Illustrator
•Imaging - EO Imaging
•DXF - Drawing Exchange Format
•SVG - Scalable Vector Graphics
•PLT - Vector Plotter Files
Images working sequence:
1.Open a vector image using any methods (open/import image function, import from the catalog, etc).
2.Scale the image to the final size and move it to the final position.
3.If necessary, ungroup the image, edit the image, combine the vector objects.
4.Set the image use: artwork, print, cut.
5.If the image is the background reference, digitize the design objects over it (or auto-digitize).
6.Save the design along with the reference image.
7.If the image is used as a decoration type, save it in the corresponding file format.
The tooltab ARTWORK (and the context tooltab when the image is selected) contains most available functions to work with vector images. |
