Issue

The product displays the message “K1010”

The error may occur with products under a special licensing mode:

When installing the product

When installing new components

When installing updates

When running Eo Setup or Era Setup tools

Cause

This error indicates that the product won't run because the password file has expired.

This may happen for special licensing modes, such as :

Software Demonstrations

Software Products as Consignment

Software sold under special conditions / licensing modes
