Issue

The product displays the message “K1009”

The error may occur:

When installing the product

When installing new design components (fonts, monograms, etc)

When installing product updates

While validating the license

Cause

The License server detected that you are not using the most recent password file available for your serial.

How to Proceed

Get your most recent password file from the Area for Users and try again

If the problem persists, please contact support staff using the Support Contact Wizard. This tool will collect and send us some important details of your installation that will help us to identify the issue faster.
