Issue
The installation program displays the message “D0099”
The error may occur:
•During installation
•While using Eo Setup or Era Setup utility
Cause
This is a generic, not specified error.
How to Proceed
Please, run the Windows System Information tool (just press Start, type "System Information". Windows will search your computer for the System Information app) and save a System Information File (.NFO) to your disk.
Then, contact us at support@sierra-software.com including the NFO file as attachment.
