Issue
The installation program displays the message “D0070”
The error may occur:
•During installation
•While using Eo Setup or Era Setup utility
Cause
The live-update for design components library failed.
How to Proceed
Temporary Internet connectivity issues may be affecting the availability of Sierra Software live update services. Internet connection from your computer to our web site must be available for the live update to work. Use your browser to check that you can navigate to https://www.sierra-software.com
Check that your antivirus/firewall does not block any of the .exe files stored in the product installation folder (\Program Files\SierraEO or \Program Files\SierraERA). Connections to "sierra*.com" internet addresses should be permitted.
Make sure to be logged to the computer as Administrator.
