Issue
The installation program displays the message “D0003”
The error may occur:
•During installation
Cause
Possible causes:
•Wrong password file. The password file corresponds to a different serial number.
•The protection device is damaged causing the serial number read from it to be different than it should be.
How to Proceed
Check that the password file name contains the same number as the one on the dongle label. If they are different, download the appropriate password file for your serial number from the Area for Users.
