Issue
The installation program displays the message “S1097”
The error may occur:
•During Installation
Cause
The installation password you are using was already used to install the product in a different computer.
How to Proceed
You may continue with the installation, however, the product will stop working in the computer where it was installed before.
Most subscription products include 2 or 3 licenses. So, if you want to keep the product running in the computer where it was previously installed, you should use one of your unused installation password.
