Issue
The installation program displays the message “S0060”
The error may occur:
•During Installation
•While installing product updates
Cause
The installer could not open the design components packs definition file.
How to Proceed
Check the following topics and start the installation again:
Access your computer with an account with administrator privileges (do not log into Windows using a limited user account).
Disable any anti-virus program except Windows Defender.
