Issue
The product displays the message “K8017”
The error may occur:
•When starting the product
•While validating the license
Cause
The license could not be validated. Possible causes are:
•An internal problem with the License protection services
•Corrupted data in the local License file
How to Proceed
In some cases, you may temporarily bypass this issue by starting the software with your internet connection disable.
