Issue
The product displays the message “K1006”
The error may occur:
•When starting the product
•When installing new design components (fonts, monograms, etc)
•When installing product updates
•While validating the license
Cause
This error appear when you try to run the product in a computer where the license was removed from.
Most KeyLess products include 2 licenses, allowing you to install and use the product in 2 computers at the same time. You could have remove the license from that computer in order to install the product on another one.
How to Proceed
If you need to use the product on that computer, you must first remove the license from one of the computers on which it is currently activated or purchase an additional license. Check the topic "Install in Multiple Computers" in the User's Manual for details.
