Issue
The installation program displays the message “K1001”
The error may occur:
•During Installation
•While using Eo Setup or Era Setup tools
Cause
There was a problem while installing the design components (fonts, monograms, etc).
How to Proceed
Please, check the following subjects and try the operation again:
- Access your computer with an account with administrator privileges (do not log into Windows using a limited user account).
- Disable any anti-virus program except Windows Defender.
If the problem persists, please contact support staff.
