Issue
The installation program displays the message “K0109”
The error may occur:
•During License validation
Cause
The license could not be validated due an connection problem with the License server
How to Proceed
Please, check your internet connection, disable any anti-virus and firewall program except Windows Defender and try again
If the problem persists, please contact support staff.
