Issue

The activation wizard displays any of the messages “D0100”

These errors may occur:

During off-line Activation

Cause

The ARCV file you are using could not be processed.

How to Proceed

Get a fresh copy by saving it again from the e-mail you received and try again.

Connect the protection device into a different USB port and repeat the operation.
