Issue
The installation program / activation wizard displays the message “D0021”
The error may occur:
•During installation
•During Activation
Cause
The number of multiple activations exceeds the maximum allowed.
You can install and activate the product on up to 3 computers. If you want to activate the product on a fourth computer, you must deactivate one of those that are activated.
How to Proceed
Run the Activation Wizard again and when it prompts to select a computer to be deactivated, choose one.
