Issue
The installation program displays the message “D0005”
The error may occur:
•During installation
Cause
Your protection device has been used with a more recent installation password than the one you are trying to use.
How to Proceed
Once you have installed a product with a given password file, older password files become invalid. Use the latest password file available in the Area for Users.
If the password file you are using is the most recent one, please contact the support staff at support@sierra-software.com
