Issue
The product displays the message “D0004”
The error may occur:
•When starting the product
Cause
The version of the product you are trying to run is different than the version stored in the protection device. Possible causes:
- You may be using a different protection device
- You have moved the dongle to a computer where you have installed a different product version
- There is a protection device malfunction
How to Proceed
Check that the protection device you are using is the correct one
Reinstall the product using the last product files and password downloaded from the Area for Users
