Issue
The product displays the message “D0002”
The error may occur:
•When starting the product
Cause
Wrong or incompatible protection device.
How to Proceed
Check the protection device. You have probably connected a device that corresponds to an older version.
If the device is the correct one, connect it into a different USB port and try again.
If the problem persists, contact support staff at support@sierra-software.com
