Issue
The installation program displays the message Error #4
The error may occur:
•During installation from a CD/DVD
•During installation from Download (Full Version)
•During installation through LiveUpdate
Cause
Error #4 refers to a version mismatch. It occurs when the dongle has a different version than the product installed. For example, dongle has v17 and you have installed/try to run v15.
Once you install the latest version available, you won't be able to use a previous software version on any computer.
How to proceed
To fix this, you have to update to the latest version on every computer.
