Issue

The program displays the message “Error #18”

The error may occur:

•Executing the program

Cause

Error #18 is related to Terminal Services.

The software does not support Terminal Services (remote execution of the software from a different computer on the same network).

How to proceed

You can only run the software on the computer you've installed it on.
