Embroidery Input/Output > Job Order Pricing

This feature produces quotes for embroidery job orders based on design information, order size and price values defined by the user.

You can execute this function from the menu FILE > Information.

The price of a job-order is a sum of values corresponding to the products and services included on the order.

Select the corresponding box to consider the price of each individual good or service.

The application will add a tab in the bottom panel, where you can specify the details of these items.

Items (goods and services) may include:

•Garments

•Production / Sewing

•Art / Digitizing

•Samples

•Delivery

You must decide which other component (product or service) must be considered on the quote and complete the specification for each one to get the Subtotal value on the Order Pricing Summary.

Garments Tab

Add the garment charge, good descriptions, quantity, price and size.

Production / Sewing Tab

Add the production cost, base on the stitch count (charge by 1000 stitches, additional colors), machine use (select the machine type, charge by machine hours), or profit over cost.

Art / Digitizing Tab

Add the design cost, based on the stitches count or table price.

Select the design type (catalog or custom made).

Samples Tab

Add the cost of the production samples.

Delivery

Add the delivery cost of the order.

Select the type (Delivery, Postal, Courier, Other) and set the value.

You can then specify a charge or a discount for the whole order.

Then, save the quote and print it.
