Problems during the Installation > Error Message: Visual Studio C++ redistributable not found

Issue

While running the Installation program, appears the message "Visual Studio C++ redistributable not found"

Cause

This issue happens when the product is installed over a previous version installation without uninstalling it.

How to proceed

To solve the issue just uninstall the previous version from the Windows Control Panel "Add or remove programs" entry. Within the application list, the product may appear as Design Era, Embroidery Office or Sierra Software, depending on the version you are uninstalling. Once the older product is uninstalled, run the installation of the new one again.
