Error Message: Could not connect to Registration Server

Issue

The installation program displays the message “Could not connect to Registration Server”

The error may occur:

During software activation / registration

Cause

There is no communication between the software and the License Server. Could be due to an internet connection failure and/or communication being blocked by a specific program such as antivirus/firewall.

How to proceed

Before trying to register again...

Make sure the internet connection is working.

Disable any security program that may be affecting the registration (antivirus).

Check that the Windows Defender (antivirus) is enabled, to keep your computer safe.

Check if the firewall allows the outgoing connection for the software.

Check if there is a router or ISP blocking of some sort.
