Issue

The product displays the message “S1100”

The error may occur:

When starting the product

While using the product

Cause

This is a generic, not specified error. Usually, it happens because the product is unable to connect to the license server.

How to Proceed

Check that the Windows firewall or your antivirus firewall is not blocking the product internet access

Reinstall the product. Verify that the antivirus is disabled before starting the installation.
