Issue

The product displays the message “K1007”

The error may occur:

When starting the product

When installing new design components (fonts, monograms, etc)

When installing product updates

While validating the license

Cause

This error appear when you try to run the product in a new computer, but you have used all the licenses available for the serial number.

The system identifies each computer with an electronic signature that depends on main hardware components. If you replaced important hardware components (such as the hard disk) the fingerprint will change and our system identifies the computer as a new one, rising this error.

How to Proceed

If you need to use the product on that computer, you must first remove the license from one of the computers on which it is currently activated or purchase an additional license.

If you have replaced important hardware components in the computer where you have installed the product, remove the license using the Area for Users and try the operation again.
