Issue

The product displays the message “K1000”

The error may occur:

When installing new components

When installing updates

Cause

The system detected that you are not using the most recent password file available for your product.

How to Proceed

Get the latest password file from the Area of Users and try again.

If the problem persists, contact support staff using the Support Contact Wizard. This tool will collect and send us some important details of your installation that will help us to identify the issue faster.
