Issue
The installation or Setup program displays the message “K0024”
The error may occur:
•During installation
•While installing upgrades, additional features or components.
Cause
The system could not backup your password file to the folder ProgramData\Sierra
How to Proceed
- Check that you have logged in your computer with Administrator permissions
- Check you have enough free disk space
- Check the integrity of your file system using Windows check disk utility.
