Issue
The installation or Setup program displays the message “K0024”
The error may occur:
•During installation
•While installing upgrades, additional features or components.
Cause
The system could not backup your password file to the folder ProgramData\Sierra
How to Proceed
Check that you have logged in your computer with Administrator permissions
Check you have enough free disk space
Check the integrity of your file system using Windows check disk utility.
