Issue
The installation or setup program displays the message “K0020”
The error may occur:
•During installation
•While installing upgrades, new features or components.
Cause
The system could not decrypt the password file. It may be wrong or corrupted.
How to Proceed
Log in into the Area for Users and download the password file again.
