Issue
The installation program displays the message “J0028”
The error may occur:
•During installation from a CD/DVD
•During installation from Download (Full Version)
•During installation through LiveUpdate
Cause
This error may appear if you try to install a new version with an old password file.
For example: trying to install version 17 using a password for version 11.
How to proceed
Please download the correct password file and try again.
