Issue
The installation program displays the message “D0023”
The error may occur:
•During installation
•While using Eo Setup or Era Setup utility
Cause
The product installer or the Setup tool can't write into the protection device memory. This is usually due to a problem in the connection to the protection device or a failure of the protection device.
How to Proceed
Plug in the protection device into a different USB port and try again.
